Currently September 2019 September threw us back into our school regular! I was anticipating it after the summer season, however I always forget how lots of school occasions make September so jammed loaded for us when we get back. Baseball started once again too so we're staying hectic around here. This month was filled with good friends, art, back to school shopping and adventure. That’s my favorite kind of month! It’s fun to return into the past and see what was going on. Here’s Currently September 2018, 2017, and 2016!.?.!! This is my 4th year doing this journaling practice. I am grateful for the chance to recall and see the individual I’ve become. Inside my Currently Workbook! My innovative task for the year. Let’s review the month. Painting! Inspect out the number of sessions I had this month: My friend Lisa came over and we painted from her new book!– A Field Guide to Color-which is a workbook you can paint in! I extremely advise! And pen sorting and laughing and COLORING! I am so pleased to have a lot of creative friends in my life. I am inspired to see how every one of them appears to their practice in their own, distinct method. Also super motivating: a trip to the Heirloom Seed celebration. I wish to plant dahlias next year. His ideas on meditation offer me an excellent time out. I like that I don’t feel the need to sit down and read the entire thing. It’s a small investment of my time for a huge reward. The Pasta Friday Cookbook– eagerly anticipating making a brand-new pasta dish with this one! Two Peas & Their Pod Cookbook– already made Chocolate Banana Bread A Field Guide to Color– so fun!!! Overcoming Addictions: The Spiritual Solution– discovered this one in a complimentary mini-library.&Getting another point of view re: addictions is practical. Especially helpful for my sorrow processing. Make Time: Focus on What Matters– I inspected this out from the library however I didn’t MAKE TIME to read it. Oof. The holiday season coming up! I think we are doing Thanksgiving at my moms and dad’s home and it makes me delighted to consider being in my Mom’s kitchen area. I’m delighted that it will be our very first Thanksgiving with my brother(very first time with my sister-in-law!)in a long time. It’s going to be 2 years given that my Mom passed away. In some cases it feels longer than that. Sometimes it feels like a year. Grief is so weird. I am in a much better space mentally than I was a year back and for that I am glad.

Motion pictures I watched/enjoyed: 20th Century Women, Maiden, Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of my Voice I also delighted in a couple of episodes of The Mind, Explained on Netflix(truly interesting show! )We are watching the most current season of Billions but I keep dropping off to sleep! I ‘d like it to be more than that however Rosie (my cat) keeps coming up and cuddling me at that hour. Possibly she desires to turn me in to a person that gets up early to workout. It’s not taking place. Just not yet. Perhaps October will be various?

I think I’m back to dreaming about camp life again. There’ something about the scene that feels like the Never Ending Story, though. I must read my book about lucid dreaming to revitalize my subconscious so I can remember my dreams.

I’ve been sleeping approximately 6 1/2 hours a night this month.

Did some meal prep this month!

Now Ginger Peach from Republic of Tea is my preferred. Made this Chocolate Banana Bread about 3 times! We had a lot of bananas in our house! Enjoyed some good breakfasts with my partner. Dinner with the Chase family! It’s so great to be around youngsters! I miss their spirits! Dinner with the Lovebirds. A salad Helen Jane made me that I desire forever and ever. All the things on a woman weekend. Simple conveniences. We are a rice family … Almond Croissants in the freezer section at Trader Joe’s can make for a gorgeous Sunday breakfast.
